Maple Hills Soapworks

Maple Hills is an artisan soap brand based in New Brunswick specializing in small-batch, cold process soaps that are as gentle and hydrating on the skin while being environmentally responsible. Most of their soaps use Canadian tallow as the base ingredient. Their soaps are crafted with high-quality, food-grade oils and butters, scented only with certified-origin essential oils, and free from artificial fragrance oils, colourants, micas and titanium dioxide. Their wrappers and shipments use plastic-free, 100% biodegradable packaging. We also take extra care with our unscented varieties, using heat-processed sterilized equipment to guarantee they remain truly scent-free. They are also proudly palm oil free. This decision reflects their commitment to avoiding rainforest deforestation and to steer clear of sustainability claims that are difficult to independently verify.
